TicketPlan or Ticket Refund Protection is an optional service offered by Birmingham Rep and administered by TicketPlan on their behalf. It is not an insurance policy. TicketPlan cannot be purchased retrospectively.

All refund requests must be made via TicketPlan™ directly.
